| As the agency for the world leading satellite telecommunications company we coordinated its patron-sponsor appearances on the annual "Cable and Satellite" exhibition. SES Astra laid special emphasis not only on the forms of appearances but that it plays a professional leading role on the exhibition. Our agency handled invitations for the professional events, preparation of program contents, coordination and backup support for the presentations. In order to boost the efficiency of the event a continuous contact with invitees was maintained supplying them with professional material when asked for.
