Within a few years more wine will arrive in the EU than what the EU exports. With the third event, the nationwide event-series of the European Parliament and the Hungarian National Parliament continued in Sárospatak.
Members of the European and the Hungarian Parliament, experts and about 60 guests exchanged opinion on how to create the balance between the opportunities and the needs of the agriculture and about how the EU sets the framework for a modern and competitive agriculture and regional development policy. Participants were most interested in the future of the European wine industry and the vision for the leading Hungarian wine area, Tokaj.
The series of conferences will continue the 17 November in Keszthely issues related to competitiveness and to small and medium enterprises.
